The Amazing Party
Amazing Glaze - Bel Air
1. We require a non-refundable $100 deposit on all party reservations. Deposit is applied toward the total amount due and deducted on the day of the party. The host is responsible for payment of all remaining charges on the day of the party.
2. A minimum of 8 and maximum of 20 painters is required for all parties. Parties with less than the minimum will be charged for the missing painters up to the minimum amount.
3. Drop offs are required due to limited space. Non-painters may not use tables or space outside of the party room as overflow. It is required only 1-2 parents extra to stay to help facilitate the party along with the party parents and Amazing Glaze party host. *For parties over 8 attendees, maximum amount of adults allowed at birthday party is 4* Parents will be asked to step outside if there are more than 4.
4. Party item selections shown in the studio and on the website are representative of the items provided for the party. Items may be replaced due to availability. No one item is guaranteed.
5. Hosts and guests may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to their party time. Arrivals prior to this may not have immediate access to the party room.
6. Party hosts must vacate the party room at the end time for the party. We ask that the party room is in the same condition at the end of the party as it was at the beginning.
7. All pieces will be packaged, labeled, and available to pick up 5 days after party, unless otherwise stated. Amazing Glaze is not responsible for pieces left over 30 days from date of party. Refunds and/or store credits will not be provided for pottery left over 30 days.
8. Food and drinks are welcomed. Our refrigerator and freezer is available for use during your party time.
9. Party attendees must remain in party room at all times. The party host is responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior of all guests. Any breakage caused by a party guest is the responsibility of the host.
10. The party room seats a maximum of 20 guests. Parties with over 20 guests may book an after-hours party.
11. We accept Cash, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted.
12. 15% gratuity charge will be added to your final bill and given to your Amazing party host.
